Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and items must still have their protective plastics intact.
Do Hemel watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Hemel watch is backed by a limited two-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the movement or assembly from the date of purchase.
Are Hemel watches water-resistant?
